1. Club Membership charges@Rs.25000/ family.
2. IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security) @50 per sq ft.
3. EEC/FFC & IPBIC, @50 per sq ft.
4. Car parking @ 3 lakh per slot (mandatory car parking for 2 & 3 BHK will be 1 and for 4 BHK will be 2).
*EDC & IDC will be charged according to Government Norms.
